KLVZ/Denver Returns As 'Legends 810 And 94.3 FM'
From All Access:
CRAWFORD BROADCASTING's KLVZ-A/BRIGHTON-DENVER, CO and translator K261EO (formerly at OAK CREEK, CO) has returned to the air with a Oldies-Soft Classic Hits format as "LEGENDS 810 AND 94.3FM." The station went silent on APRIL 1st, with some of the fomrer Religion shows moving to sister Religion KLDC-A-K237GG/DENVER.
The station is using a format similar to sister KAAM-A (LEGENDS 770)/DALLAS and its new website lists CUMULUS News-Talk KVOR-A/COLORADO SPRINGS SUNDAY host and former KCMN-A/COLORADO SPRINGS morning host TRON SIMPSON for mornings, KAAM afternoon host JULIE DEHARTY for 11a-2p, and KAAM weekender "DR. JOHN" COLWELL for afternoons.

This reminds me of when they did this to KLZ! Couldn't figure out the right format for it, and now they are doing the same thing for KLVZ, pulled it off the air to reprogram it? 94.3 is one popular frequency!
Now when people go south of laramier and Weld county they well hear this format and loose it again around south Denver since KILO takes over.
I wish them luck once again on this format. ( I wonder how long this one well last?)
