iiHEARTMEDIA News-Talk KCSJ-A/PUEBLO, CO Sports Director TONY WRIGHT has exited the station after 25 years, reports the PUEBLO CHIEFTAIN. WRIGHT was let go FRIDAY (1/22) when his job was eliminated by the station.

“None of us has any control over what happens in this business. It’s part of the game and we knew it when we got into it,” WRIGHT told the paper. “They came in and said they were eliminating the sports director’s job here. I don’t want people to feel bad for me. I’ve been doing this a long time and I plan to keep doing it. Just not here.”
