Default FCC cites pirate FM in Victor, CO

    tl;dr --
pirate in victor, co put up a FM on 101.1, fcc issues warning.

I don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if this were the only service available in victor. Hell, i had to look the place up - it's a tiny town a few miles south of Cripple Creek. Looks like a pretty place. The FCC does state that there were some out of band energy, however, no power level is given for the spurs or the main carrier, so it could've been part 15 compliant and just written up to sound scary. It's just a warning, but i can see the potential where this guy wasn't hurting anything, although it's likely someone complained to get an agent there.
