From The Denver Post:
Know how to sweet-talk an airline booking agent? Aspiring round-the-world reality TV racers will have one minute to prove why they should be on CBS' "The Amazing Race" this season in a Colorado casting call Jan. 22.
CBS says it’s a paperless process, no application form necessary. A video release and waiver must be signed at registration.
This spring will mark the series’ 26th edition.
The ratings fell last season with the series’ move from long-time Sunday berth to Fridays. The audience declined from a season average of almost 9 million to 6 million. And yet, here they are casting for another cycle.
The lineup begins at 8 a.m. for audition beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 22 at Sports Authority at Southlands, 6305 S. Main Street, near South Aurora Parkway and Orchard Road.
