Denver’s First Lady plus*a pig trainer on “AGT”

Oh, Denver. Just when it seems you are shedding your cow town image, you switch to parading as a*pig town.
As reported, Denver First Lady Mary Louise Lee will appear on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” on June 10. She’ll sing Aretha Franklin’s “Think” as part of a montage that opens the middle segment of the show.

While providing the above photo, the network declined to make Mayor Hancock’s wife available for an interview. Instead, NBC pitched another local angle: Mudslinger the Pig. He’s a contestant on Tuesday’s show as well, pictured below. As if you needed more inducement to watch, the network spokeswoman says, “Mudslinger is a very talented pig, trained by John Vincent of Franktown. John is an Aerospace Engineer for NASA by day, Pig Trainer by night.”

Unclear whether the pig is doing interviews.
