After failing to respond to an FCC inquiry in September, MFR Inc.’s 980 WTOT Marianna FL was cancelled due to last operating in May 2023.
Texas Public Radio requested the cancellation of its Construction Permits for 88.5 KGVG Encinal and 89.3 KVGV Cotulla TX

JDM Communications’ Oldies 1430 WYMC Mayfield KY proposes eliminating the three of its four towers utilized only for its nighttime operation where it will drop from 1kW directional to 33 watts non-directional. Its 1kW non-directional daytime operation will remain unchanged.
After its last CP expired unbuilt, Centro Familiar Cristiano reapplies to move Spanish Christian “La Estacion de la Familia” 1230 KDYM Sunnyside WA to 1200 while upgrading from 700w day/night to 10kW day/43w night.
Smile Broadcasting’s Oldies 880 WSLK Moneta VA proposes to relocate to a nearby tower site with 800 watts day.
FM Changes

Activist San Diego’s CP for 89.1 Dolzura CA applies to upgrade from a Class A to B1 with 7kW horizontal/109m. The signal would place a 60dBu contour over portions of San Diego.
KDEX Inc’s “New Country 102.3” KDEX-FM Dexter MO proposes to replace its current CP to upgrade from a Class A to C3 to instead remain on its current antenna while increasing power from 5.9kW to 9.7kW/85m.
Family Life Ministries’ 94.7 WIYN Deposit NY (soon to be WCEB) proposes to increase power from 770w/196m to 1.85kW from its current antenna.
Unica Media Broadcasting’s 89.7 KUMB Hollywood MS seeks to change tower sites to operate with 10kW/45m.
Carlos Lopez’s 97.9 KQSA Batesville TX proposes to relocate to Pearsall with 1.2kW/220m. The move would give Pearsall its third local service, while leaving Batesville with one.
Xavier Entertainment’s 98.7 KXAV Hebbronville TX makes another attempt to upgrade from a Class A to C3 wtih 25kW/100m.
Educational Media Foundation’s 89.5 KVLK Milan NM seeks to relocate to 88.7 with an upgrade to 285 watts from its current 808m antenna.
Radio 74 Internationale’s CP for 90.3 KARR Alliance NE proposes to downgrade from a Class C3 to Class A with 125w/20m.
Southern Cultural Foundation applies to relocate its CP for 89.7 KVRZ Hemingford NE to 89.3 with no changes to its proposed 6kW/35m facilities to enable KARR to be constructed closer to Alliance.
With its CP set to expire in three weeks, Radio Vida Kansas’ 91.1 KADC Rossville KS applies to increase power and drop height on its tower from 100w/404m to 1kW/63m.
