After shutting five of their stations at the end of 2023 following the foreclosure of their studio building and tower sites, Dave and Linda Miller?s Yaquina Bay Communications has found a buyer for two of them. The former Country ?U92? 92.7 KNCU Newport and Classic Rock 96.7 KCRF-FM Lincoln City OR will go to Thomas Hodgins and Christopher Jacky’s Xana Oregon for $115,000. A Time Brokerage Agreement will take effect upon restoration of station operations.

Townsquare Media sells Classic Country 1060 KFIL Preston MN to non-profit Bluff Country Community Radio for $100,000. The buyer’s website says it is dedicated to preserving the memories, history, and community impact of KFIL. KFIL currently simulcasts 103.1 KFIL-FM Chatfield.
James and Sharon Infager, the owners of “Ray’s Heating, Plumbing & Electric”, are purchasing Bitterroot Communications and their AC 960 KSRA and Country 92.7 KSRA-FM Salmon ID from Emily and Robert Goodrich for $100.
