Seven Mountains Media continues to grow in Pennsylvania with the purchase of “Mega Rock” 100.5 WJNG Johnsonburg and 105.5 WMKX Brookville from Strattan Broadcasting for $540,000.
Sabatino Cupelli’s SkyWave Broadcasting Inc. will purchase 98.7 WLEJ-FM Pleasant Gap/State College PA from Covenant Communications for $325,000. A Time Brokerage Agreement will take effect ahead of closing. Cupelli operates the Conservative Talk “Nooga Radio” network on three LPFM’s around Chattanooga TN. WLEJ-FM has been running a redirect loop since Seven Mountains Media sold the station along with three others following their acquisition of Forever Media’s State College stations in January.
Radio Activo 3 LLC sells 1060 KDYL South Salt Lake UT to Iglesia Pentecostal Vispera del Fin Nonprofit Corporation for $390,000. The signal will become the buyer’s second in the greater Salt Lake City market joining 1580 KWLO Springville/Provo.
Relevant Radio buys Gospel “Rejoice 990″ WREJ/101.3 W267CB Richmond VA from Radio Richmond LLC for $500,000.
Efrain Muniz-Campos buys Regional Mexican “La Brava 96.1” 1440 WMVB/96.1 W241CS Millville NJ from Martin Muniz. The purchase price was omitted from the sale agreement.
Beth Mann’s Ham Broadcasting Company acquires Southern Gospel “Heavenly 1070” WEKT Elkton KY from M&R Broadcasting for $70,500. A Time Brokerage Agreement will take effect on July 1. The buyer owns four other stations in Kentucky.
Michael Powell buys “Sports Radio 1240” WCEM Cambridge MD from Draper Media for $10,000.
Gospel Light Ministries will acquire Christian “The Life FM” 91.3 WWDL Plainfield and 91.3 WWQI Morristown IN from the Power Foundation for $150,000.
Bethany Church of Lincoln County sells the CP for 91.3 KHBN Beloit KS to American Christian Radio Inc. for $1.
Educational Communications of Colorado Springs buys the CP for 91.7 KADE Lake George CO from Cedar Cove Broadcasting for $15,000.
