    Nielsen Audio has released Day 2 of its monthly four day sweep of ratings in PPM markets.
    Today’s releases include Washington DC, Boston, Seattle, Miami, Phoenix, Detroit, Minneapolis, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Denver, San Diego, Baltimore, and St. Louis.

    Washington DC

    Public News/Talk 88.5 WAMU expands its lead 11.2 to 11.4. Hubbard News 103.5 WTOP is down 8.6 to 8.0. iHeartMedia AC 97.1 WASH dips 7.3 to 7.0. Radio One Adult R&B “Majic 102.3/92.7” WMMJ/WDCJ rises 5.5 to 6.4. Howard University Adult R&B 96.3 WHUR is off 5.8 to 5.4.
    Cumulus Media Conservative Talk 105.9 WMAL trends up 4.0 – 4.2 – 4.7. iHeartMedia Country 98.7 WMZQ rises 1.9 – 2.4 – 2.8. Atlantic Gateway Communications Christian AC 91.9 WGTS trends down 5.9 – 5.3 – 5.0. Radio One Gospel “Praise 104.1″ WPRS-FM slides 2.9 – 2.5 – 2.1.
    Boston

    Beasley’s “98.5 The Sports Hub” WBZ-FM retains its lead 8.7 to 8.3, while sister Classic Hits 105.7 WROR moves up to second 5.7 to 6.0. Public News/Talk 90.9 WBUR rises to third up 4.5 to 5.5. iHeartMedia CHR “Kiss 108” WXKS-FM falls 6.0 to 5.1. Audacy AC “Magic 106.7” WMJX places fifth off 5.1 to 4.9.
    Beasley Media Country 102.5 WKLB surges 3.9 to 4.8. iHeartMedia Classic Rock 100.7 WZLX rises 4.1 to 4.6, while sister Conservative Talk 680 WRKO jumps 3.6 to 4.4.
    Seattle/Tacoma

    iHeartMedia Classic Hits “95.7 The Jet” KJEB see-saws 7.2 – 5.9 – 6.9 to retake the Seattle lead. Audacy Country “100.7 The Wolf” KKWF moves 6.6 to 6.5 to fall to second. iHeartMedia Classic Rock 102.5 KZOK is up 5.9 to 6.1. Audacy Soft AC “94.1 The Sound” KSWD is fourth 5.1 to 5.0. Hubbard CHR “Movin 92.5” KQMV jumps 4.0 to 4.9.
    iHeartMedia CHR “Hits 106.1” KBKS rises 2.5 to 3.1. iHeart Sports 93.3 KJR-FM uses the NHL Kraken’s playoff run to rise 2.1 to 2.7.
    iHeartMedia Variety Hits “96.5 Jack-FM” KJAQ is down 5.3 to 4.5. Public News/Talk 94.9 KUOW-FM falls 5.5 to 4.0. Lotus’ “Northwest News Radio” 1000 KNWN/97.7 KNWN-FM drops 4.0 to 3.4.
    After flushing its former Country audience, Hubbard AAA 98.9 KPNW-FM begins to grow rising 0.3 – 0.5 – 0.9.
    Miami/Fort Lauderdale

    Cox Media Group continues to hold the top two spots with Adult R&B “Hot 105” WHQT up 8.9 to 9.1 and Soft AC “Easy 93.1” WFEZ up 8.5 to 8.7. Univision Spanish AC “Amor 107.5” WAMR slips 6.2 to 5.6. Cox Hip Hop “99 Jamz” WEDR (4.3 to 4.9) and Audacy AC “101.5 Lite-FM” WLYF (5.2 to 4.9) tie for fourth.
    SBS Spanish Oldies “Zeta 92.3” WCMQ-FM rises 3.5 – 3.9 – 4.3. iHeartMedia Classic Rock “Big 105.9” trends up 2.9 – 3.4 – 3.6. iHeart Spanish CHR “Tu 94.9” WZTU drops 4.1 to 3.4. Univision Spanish CHR “Mix 98.3” WRTO trends down 3.9 – 3.3 – 2.8.
    Phoenix

    iHeartMedia AC “99.9 KEZ” KESZ holds its lead down 8.1 to 7.6. Following the end of the Mark & Neanderpaul morning show, Hubbard Classic Rock 100.7 KSLX slips 7.4 to 6.5. Desert Valley Media Group Oldies “95.1/94.9 The Wow Factor” KOAI trends up 3.1 – 4.9 – 5.7. Public News/Talk 91.5 KJZZ-FM slips 6.1 to 5.6. iHeartMedia Hot AC “Mix 96.9” KMXP rises 4.2 to 4.9.
    Hubbard Alternative “93.3 Alt AZ” KDKB trends up 3.1 – 3.5 – 4.1, which Ratings Expert Chris Huff notes is its highest share since September 2017.
    Detroit

    Beasley Media Classic Rock 94.7 WCSX holds onto its narrow Motor City lead up 7.5 to 7.7. Audacy Sports “97.1 The Ticket” WXYT-FM is up comparably 7.4 to 7.6 (but also adds an additional 2.0 share on its stream). iHeartMedia CHR “Channel 95.5” WKQI rises 6.9 to 7.2. iHeart AC 100.3 WNIC dips 6.4 to 5.9. Audacy Country 99.5 WYCD is off 6.1 to 5.7.
    iHeartMedia Adult R&B “Mix 92.3” WMXD is up 4.9 to 5.4, but sister Hip Hop 97.9 WJLB Beasley Classic Hip Hop “105.1 The Bounce” WMGC trends up 3.7 – 4.3 – 4.6. Audacy News 950 WWJ trends down 4.8 – 4.1 – 3.5.
    Ahead of its upcoming sale and format change, Cumulus Media’s “New Country 93.1” WDRQ-FM rises 2.1 to 2.4.
    Minneapolis/St. Paul

    After setting an all-time record high last month with its 6.2 to 8.5 gain, Northwestern Media Christian AC 98.5 KTIS-FM jumps up another whole share point to a 9.5. iHeartMedia Classic Hits “Kool 108” KQQL rises 6.6 to 7.8 for a distant second place showing. Hubbard Hot AC “KS 95” KSTP-FM is up 6.9 to 7.2. iHeartMedia Country “K102” KEEY jumps up 6.1 to 7.0. Cumulus Media Classic Rock 92.5 KQRS trends up 4.9 – 5.3 – 6.1 to tie for fifth with Public News/Talk 91.1 KNOW-FM (down 6.4 to 6.1).
    iHeartMedia Sports “100.3 KFAN” KFXN-FM falls 6.4 to 5.4.
    Audacy Country “102.9 The Wolf” KMNB trends up 2.7 – 3.4 – 4.3, while sister Variety Hits “104.1 Jack-FM” KZJK trends down 5.0 – 4.8 – 4.3.
    Minnesota Public Radio AAA “The Current” 89.3 KCMP jumps up 2.9 to 4.1, but co-owned Classical 99.5 KSJN falls 4.2 to 2.3.

    Cox Media Group Soft AC 105.5 WDUV holds its lead but falls 9.1 to 7.9. iHeartMedia Country “US 103.5” WFUS rises 6.7 to 6.9. iHeart’s “98 Rock” WXTB jumps up 5.6 to 6.2. Cox Hot Talk “102.5 The Bone” WHPT jumps up 4.6 – 5.3 – 6.0. Radio Training Network Christian AC “The Joy FM” 91.5 WCIE falls 6.8 to 5.8.
    Cox Classic Rock “107.3 The Eagle” WXGL drops 6.5 to 5.3. Beasley Classic Hits “Q105” WRBQ slips 5.5 to 4.1.
    iHeart AC “Mix 100.7” WMTX rises 3.8 to 4.4. Beasley Spanish CHR “92.5 Maxima” WYUU gains 3.2 to 4.0 and sister Classic Rock “98.7 The Shark” WPBB trends up 2.7 – 3.0 – 3.4.
    iHeartMedia CHR 93.3 WFLZ rises 2.8 to 3.3. Beasley Rhythmic CHR “Wild 94.1” WLLD gains 2.5 to 3.2. iHeartMedia News/Talk 970 WFLA is up 2.3 to 3.0.

    KSE Media Classic Hits “Kool 105” KXKL rises into the lead with a 5.5 to 6.2 gain. Bonneville Country 98.5 KYGO jumps to second 4.9 to 5.8. Audacy Classic Rock “99.5 The Mountain” KQMT places third 5.7 to 5.6. Three stations tie for fourth with iHeartMedia Alternative “Channel 93.3” KTCL and Classic Rock “103.5 The Fox” KRFX both up 4.6 to 5.0 and KSE Media Hot AC “Mix 100” KIMN down 5.2 to 5.0.
    Bonneville AC 101.1 KOSI is off 5.4 to 4.8. Audacy Hot AC “Alice 105.9” KALC is down 5.4 to 4.7.
    Thanks to the now NBA Champion Nuggets’ playoff run, KSE Media Sports “Altitude 92.5” KKSE-FM rises 1.6 – 1.9 – 2.4 for its highest share since it was Country “92.5 The Wolf” KWOF in October 2017. Bonneville Sports “104.3 The Fan” KKFN also rises 3.4 to 4.0.
    Audacy Rhythmic CHR “KS 107.5” KQKS-FM trends down 3.0 – 2.6 – 2.1. Max Media Rhythmic AC “Jammin 101.5” KJHM rises 1.6 to 2.0.
    Educational Media Foundation’s two stations in the market appear in the public numbers for the first time with “K-Love” 91.1 KLDV trending down 4.2 – 3.6 – 3.0 and “Air 1” 103.9 KRKA registering a 0.6.
    San Diego

    Audacy Classic Hits “Sunny 98.1” KXSN inches up 6.7 to 6.8 to retain its lead. Local Media San Diego Variety Hits “Big 100.7” KFBG trends up 4.3 – 5.7 – 6.2. Public News/Talk 89.5 KPBS-FM dips 6.5 to 5.9. LMSD Rhythmic AC “Magic 92.5” XHRM is off 6.0 to 5.7. Univision Regional Mexican “Que Buena 106.5” KLNV surges up 3.7 – 4.0 – 5.3.
    Baltimore

    Audacy AC “Today’s 101.9” WLIF maintains its lead down 8.4 to 8.1. iHeartMedia Variety Hits “102.7 Jack-FM” dips 8.2 – 7.1 – 6.7. Radio One Adult R&B “Magic 95.9” WWIN-FM holds at a 6.1 share. Hearst Rock “98 Rock” WIYY slips 6.5 to 6.0. Audacy Hot AC “Mix 106.5” WWMX jumps 4.6 to 5.7.
    Radio One Hip Hop “92Q” WERQ surges up 4.5 to 5.5.
    iHeartMedia Country 93.1 WPOC trends down 5.9 – 5.4 – 5.0. Brighter Media Christian AC “95.1 Bright-FM” WRBS-FM dips 4.9 to 4.4.

    Hubbard Variety Hits “106.5 The Arch” WARH rises 9.7 to 10.5. Classic Rock 94.7 KSHE holds steady at an 8.8 share. iHeartMedia Classic Hits 103.3 KLOU jumps 7.4 to 8.2. Hubbard Alternative “105.7 The Point” KPNT dips 7.3 to 7.1. Audacy Adult R&B “96.3 The Lou” WFUN-FM is down 6.7 to 6.3.
