    Default KAVV Relaunches As Canyon Country

    From Radio Insight:

    Following the closing of its $200,000 acquisition of Classic Country “Cave 97.7” KAVV Benson AZ from the estate of Paul Lotsoff?s Stereo 97 Inc., Tom Troland?s Redrock Media Group LLC has relaunched the station as “Canyon Country 97.7” under new KCNN call letters.
    Now featuring a mix of currents and gold, the station is positioning as “Cochise County’s Legendary Country Station”. With the change, the former KAVV airstaff has exited with the station currently running jockless with CBS News at the top of each hour.
