With the show’s launch on Alpha Media’s new “106.3 The Core” WGER Saginaw MI yesterday, the Dave & Chuck The Freak morning show based at Beasley Media Rock 101.1 WRIF Detroit has entered syndication via Key Networks.
Dave Hunter and Chuck Urquhart have hosted mornings at WRIF since May 2013 along with co-hosts Lisa Way, Andy Green, James Campbell, Jason Watson, and Al Beck. The duo previously hosted mornings at “89X” CIMX Windsor ON/Detroit from 2001 until November 2012. The show has been internally syndicated within Beasley Media with “Rock 92.9” WBOS Boston adding it in July 2017, “96 K-Rock” WRXK Fort Myers FL in July 2018, and “98.7 The Shark” WPBB Tampa in December 2018.
