    Calvary Chapel Aurora has agreed to purchase the assets of KXCL-FM (101.7), a construction permit, licensed to Rock Creek Park, CO, and serving Colorado Springs, from United States CP LLC. The purchase price is $400,000 and the deal is subject to FCC approval. Jody McCoy of Media Services Group's Colorado Springs office was the exclusive broker and represented the seller in this transaction.

    Calvary Chapel of Aurora has purchased the CP for 101.7 KXCL Rock Creek Park, CO from United States CP for $400,000.

    CCA, which owns Christian AC “89.7 Grace-FM” KXGR Loveland/Denver will use the new station to expand the programming to the Colorado Springs market. 1017GraceFM.com was registered by Calvary Chapel of Aurora for the station back in May.

    KXCL currently operates with 180 watts at -126 meters but holds a CP to upgrade to 2.1kW at -9 meters from a site 15 miles south of Colorado Springs.

    KXCL, formerly of Westcliffe and now licensed to Rock Creek Park, a census designated place of maybe 100 people SW of Cheyenne Mountain has been sold to Calvary Chapel- Aurora for $400k. On air yesterday for signal tests...
