KOSI, KYGO, KBNO, KAVA, KTYV, KSLV, KDGO, KKDG, KVFC face FCC consent decrees for failing to properly maintain their online political files

FCC Actions
LLF Holdings, LLC’s 102.9 W275CC Macon has been fined $1500 for failing to timely fie its license renewal. The application was due by December 2, 2019 but was not filed until March 17, 2020 ahead of its April 1 expiration date.
The FCC has rescinded the $3000 fine issued in February to New Life Ministries’ Gospel 1600 WXVI Montgomery AL based on their inability to pay.
The FCC has agreed to consent decrees with the following licensees for failing to maintain their online public files.
- Cloessner News & Broadcasting LLC’s 102.7 KJNA-FM Jena LA
- David Layne’s 101.3 WXJK Farmville VA
- Major Broadcasting Corporation’s 99.5 WYGO Madisonville TN
- Randall W. Sliger’s 1450 WLAR and 101.7 WJSQ Athens TN
- West Des Moines School District’s 88.7 KWDM Des Moines IA
Additional licensees have agreed to consent decrees for failing to properly maintain their online political files:
- 5 Star Communications Inc. licensee of KVHT and KVTK Vermillion SD
- Anderson Radio Broadcasting, Inc. licensee of KIBG Bigfork, KQDE Evergreen, KZXT Eureka, KQRK Pablo, KERR Polson, and KKMT Ronan MT
- Bee Broadcasting, Inc. licensee of KHNK Columbia Falls, KBBZ and KDBR Kalispell, and KJJR and KSAM Whitefish MT
- Bonneville International Corporation licensee of KOSI and KYGO Denver, KEPN Lakewood, and KKFN Longmont CO.
- CCR-Montrose IV, LLC licensee of KKXX and KUBC Montrose and KSNN Ridgway CO

Deletions
Earlier this month the FCC deleted the license of iHeartMedia’s 1300 KVET Austin TX inadvertently due to a typo.

Bob Call should be held personally responsible. This is quite possibly the dumbest thing to get fined for and unacceptable for a major market cluster. All the other stations are mom and pop Billy Bob broadcasting stations. I expected better from Bonneville, Bob.
