    Default Bo Jaxon Rises To KATC Program Director

    Cumulus Media Country “Cat Country 95.1” KATC Colorado Springs has promoted Bo Jaxon to Program Director.
    Jaxon joined KATC as morning host in April 2020 coinciding with the station’s rebranding away from “95.1 Nash-FMback to its heritage identity. He will continue in that role alongside Wendy LaBree. Prior to joining KATC, Jaxon spent a year as Operations Manager of SummitMedia Springfield MO and PD/morning host of Country 94.7 KTTS. He also has served as PD/morning host at “92.5 The Wolf” KWOF Denver and programmed Hot AC “Mix 100” KIMN Denver and AC 95.1 KBBY Ventura CA.
    Jaxon succeeds Mike Dylan, who stepped down from the Program Director duties at the end of January following eight years at KATC.
    CUMULUS MEDIA announces that it has promoted Bo Jaxon to Program Director for Cat Country 95.1/KATC-FM in Colorado Springs, CO. Jaxon joined Cumulus Colorado Springs in April 2020 and previously served KATC-FM as Morning Host and Assistant Program Director. Prior to that, he was Program Director, Morning Host and Operations Manager at radio stations in Springfield, MO, Denver, CO, and Ventura, CA, and was Drive-Time On-Air Personality at KLUC-FM in Las Vegas, NV, for 15 years.
    Bobby Irwin, Operations Manager, Cumulus Colorado Springs, said: “Bo brings a huge amount of enthusiasm, energy, and good ideas to our very competitive Country battle in Colorado Springs.*In the short period of time we’ve worked together, I’ve watched him rebuild a morning show around pandemic circumstances and become an idea machine for the station and our advertising partners.
