New Life Ministries’ Gospel 1600 WXVI Montgomery AL was fined $3000. WXVI was required to file its license renewal by December 2, 2019 but did not submit it until January 13, 2020 prior to its April 1, 2020 license expiration.
The following translators and LPFM’s were fined $1500 as being secondary services:

    • John Burdette’s 101.5 W268BM Jasper AL was to have filed its license renewal by December 2, 2019 but did not submit it until March 30, 2020.
