As of 8:52AM Wednesday, 93.7FM is still broadcasting KCKK.
And 760AM is still Orange & Blue Broncos Radio.

Then this is very puzzling then? Did Iheartmedia really buy 93.7
Signal or not? It sure doesn't seem like it? It seems like nothing changed?

As of 1:45PM Friday afternoon 7/5, 93.7FM is still broadcasting KCKK. Any ideas when iHeart plans on taking over 93.7FM? This is all very strange. I would of thought once the FCC approved the transaction that iHeart would take over the frequency.

I'm not sure. I thought that too.

I looked at the The Rock's Facebook page and any posts mentioning them being off of 93.7FM (and the one with them saying they were going to be off of it Wednesday morning) are deleted.

After the FCC grants the sale, aka "Assign License", then there's a filing for "Consummation Notice" and then finally a filing "Transfer of Control" where then the new owner is running the station. So far only an "Assign License" filing is done and granted on 93.7FM. I'm not seeing the other 2 yet.

Normally, I've seen it take 2-3 months after the "Assign License" is granted for a new owner to own and be running a station.

Hopefully The Rock will take this extra time (if they haven't agreed to let iHeart run it earlier, which they can) to promote they will only be on 1510AM.

So she did sell the whole package to Iheartmedia after all!
I kinda knew she would do that? Whay an anniversary this has been for that station. She had no intention on keeping her station . The new station ID does mention it is now only on 1510. So sad to see her do this.

Wait? Who's moving to 1510? Did Jancie really have sold her station to IheartMedia? Is that who is moving to 1510?

What's happening RadioDude is that what you're currently hearing on 93.7 FM will be moving to AM 1510. So Janice sold just 93.7 FM to IHeart and not 1510. And something else will be airing on 93.7.
