SUMMIT PUBLIC RADIO & TV in BRECKENRIDGE, CO has formed a broadcast agreement with COMMUNITY RADIO FOR NORTHERN COLORADO Triple A KJAC (THE COLORADO SOUND)/GREELY-FT. COLLINS-DENVER.
Broadcast from SPRTV’s translator towers at 12,600’ on Bald Mountain east of BRECKENRIDGE, THE COLORADO SOUND is the newest radio station available to all of SUMMIT COUNTY.
SUMMIT PUBLIC RADIO & TV is a local non-profit organization that owns and maintains translator towers on Bald Mountain, with a mission to foster a more informed, entertained and involved community by rebroadcasting public and commercial radio stations, and digital television programming in SUMMIT COUNTY.
Before their agreement with the COLORADO SOUND, the 94.3 signal was carrying iHEART MEDIA Triple A KBCO/DENVER-BOULDER.
