    https://i0.wp.com/radioinsight.com/w...200&ssl=1Educational Media Foundation makes a rare AM purchase with the acquisition of 780 KJME Fountain/Colorado Springs CO from Timothy Cutforth for $70,000. KJME has carried EMF’s “K-Love” network since March 2022 to feed their 96.5 K243AM Colorado Springs. Cutforth also owns Classic Country 890 KCEG Fountain/105.1 K286CO Colorado Springs.
    Omni Broadcasting sells Silent 93.5 WTKP Port St. Joe (with pending application to move to 93.7 Youngstown to cover Panama City) to Divine Word Communications for $225,000. The buyer operates a network of Catholic stations along the Gulf Coast based at WDWR Pensacola.
    The Greg Smith led Ellensburg Radio Broadcasting will purchase News/Talk 1240 KXLE and Country 95.3 KXLE-FM Ellensburg WA from Brad Tacher’s KXLE Inc. for $250,000. The deal does not include KXLE’s tower site or the studio building. The seller will remain with the stations under a management agreement.
    Augusta Radio Fellowship is buying Cherokee Broadcasting’s three stations in the southwest corner of North Carolina. Augusta Radio Fellowship will pay $550,000 for Oldies “Big 6 Radio” 600 WCVP Murphy, Country/Christian “Pure Country” 95.9 WCVP-FM Robbinsville, and AC 102.7 WCNG Murphy. In a related deal, John Reynolds will donate WCNG translator 101.3 W267BC Blairsville GA to Augusta Radio Fellowship.
    First Dallas Media sells the CP for 89.9 KCBG Fulton/Corpus Christi TX to Arian Kasra’s Poderosa Broadcasting Corporation for $25,000. The buyer also holds CPs for non-commercial signals in New Market Elko MN and North Chicago IL.
    WHYY Inc. sells 88.1 WNJS-FM Berlin NJ to Bux-Mont Educational Association for $110,000. The buyer owns Nostalgia 89.3 WRDV Warminster/91.7 WLBS Bristol/97.1 W246AR Bensalem/107.3 W297AD Philadelphia PA. WNJS-FM currently simulcasts Public News/Talk 90.9 WHYY-FM Philadelphia.
    Translator Sales

    Chris Murray’s PB Broadcasting of Georgia buys 97.3 W247CJ Manchester GA from Radio By Grace for $14,751. W247CJ has rebroadcast 1370 WFDR Manchester since 2016 as part of Murray’s Classic Hits “Fox-FM” network.
    Perdomo & Diaz Media Group acquires 99.5 W258CU Southampton NY (with CP to move to 88.9) from Bud Williamson’s Hudson Radio Public Radio for $60,000. The deal lists Radio Catskill’s Variety 90.5 WJFF Catskill NY as the station intended to be rebroadcast.
    Bux-Mont Educational Association donates 91.9 W220AG Lawrenceville NJ to WYRS Broadcasting. W220AG already rebroadcasts Christian 90.7 WYRS Manahawkin NJ.
    CSN International sells 94.3 W232DV Lafayette IN to Inter Mirifica, Inc’s Catholic Radio Indy for $50,000. The translator will rebroadcast the buyer’s 89.1 WSPM Cloverdale IN.
