Kudos to iHEARTMEDIA Country KCCY (Y96.9)/COLORADO SPRINGS, which raised more than $101,000 to benefit ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL during its 10th annual "COUNTRY CARES FOR ST. JUDE KIDS" radiothon last MONTH. This year's total bring KCCY's 10-year total to more than $1 million raised for ST. JUDE.
"This is just one more example of the influence that iHEARTMEDIA and Y96.9 has in SOUTHERN COLORADO and the great work we get to do every day with the power of radio," said iHEARTMEDIA Pres./DENVER Region TIM HAGER. "We are very proud to work with such a great organization as ST. JUDE and very proud of our listeners who have, once again, exhibited such amazing generosity."
