PILGRIM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Religion KRCN-A/LONGMONT-DENVER, CO to CATHOLIC RADIO NETWORK for $850,000 ($131,000 deposit, time brokerage agreements of $9,000, a promissory note for the balance). The buyer programs KRCN under a time brokerage agreement; it formerly owned Religion KPIO-A/LOVELAND (now KKCL-A), which it turned over to LOVELAND RADIO PARTNERS, LLC for cancellation of debt to WP MEDIA LENDING, LLC of $569,000, plus $10, earlier this year. That station was sold yesterday to VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC for $80,000.
