I was looking at the breakdown of numbers at http://www.radioinfo.com/2015/07/17/june-2015-ppm-analysis-rhythmic-chr/ and one of the charts shows KQKS has gone from a 5.5 in June 2014 to 3.5 for June 2015 and slid in market position from #3 to #12. I listen occasionally to KS107.5 but not on a consistent basis. Does anyone have any ideas why they have lost so many listeners over the past year?

By comparison, KPTT stayed pretty steady with a 4.2 for June 2014 and 4.1 a year later.

One of the problems could be, as pointed out on this site, that "a whopping 72% qualifying rhythmic CHR stations on this sample decline year-to-year, while less than one of every five is up (18%); the remaining 10% are steady." So, it looks like the whole format may be in decline.
