According to 9News's Facebook DirecTv subscribers Might lose the channel after Nov 30 if no deal is reached between Gannett and DirecTv.

A contact at Directv says that Gannett is demanding more money than their previous contract to carry their stations. Directv doesn't want to pay that much more. So Gannett may pull their stations off of Directv. KUSA's post is a little misleading since it is Gannett that would be pulling the station off of Directv.

The channels stayed on and then this morning, Directv posted this on their twitter:
"An agreement has been reached with Gannett. Thanks for your patience you should not experience any interruption of service."
