WILKS Hot AC KIMN (MIX 100)/DENVER has tapped CUMULUS Hot AC KBBY (B95.1) and Sports KVEN-A (1450 ESPN)/OXNARD-VENTURA PD BO JAXON as its new PD/afternooner. JAXON replaces GERONIMO, who exited a few months ago.
VP/Programming JEFF SANDERS told ALL ACCESS, "After an exhausting amount of interviews, BO is our candidate. BO did a lot of research on KIMN and continued to provide us with solid critiques and great ideas to get KIMN back to a dominating position in the DENVER market. Of course, first he has to find one of the 300 PPM's in a market of 2 1/2 million... but that shouldn't be too hard!"
JAXON starts on NOVEMBER 26th.
