WILKS BROADCASTING Country KWOF (THE WOLF)/DENVER MD/morning co-host BROOKE DIAZ will join BIG MACHINE RECORDS (BMR) as Dir./West Coast Promotion, effective MONDAY, JUNE 30th. She succeeds KRIS LAMB, who was named Dir./National Promotion of the label group's DOT RECORDS.
"BROOKE exudes the energy, passion and format knowledge we were looking for,” said BMR SVP JACK PURCELL. “I'm thrilled to welcome her to the BIG MACHINE."
DIAZ added, "I am ecstatic to join the BIG MACHINE family. I love radio but music surrounds that passion. I can’t wait to get started representing this powerhouse BIG MACHINE artist roster."
BROOKE joined KWOF in JANUARY 2010 and was named MD in JANUARY of last YEAR. Prior stops include WALLER BROADCASTING Top 40/Mainstream KFOR & KLJT/LONGVIEW, TX; BROWN BROADCASTING Alternative WBRU/PROVIDENCE; and CLEAR CHANNEL Hot AC KHKZ/WESLACO, TX and Top 40/Rhythmic KBFM/WESLACO, TX.
BO REYNOLDS will continue to handle mornings solo and PD BRAD HANSEN will absorb MD duties while a search for BROOKE's successor is conducted.
