TRACY BROADCASTING CORP., through Chapter 11 trustee JOLI A. LOFSTEDT, is transferring Hot AC KOLT-F (92.9 THE BOSS)/WARREN AFB, WY to creditor VALLEY BANK AND TRUST after time broker MONTGOMERY BROADCASTING defaulted on its agreement to program the station. VALLEY BANK AND TRUST held a $1,626,727.86 promissory note and paid $910,000 as a credit bid for the station.
