Media Logic LLC has closed on its previously announced acquisition of three Colorado outlets from Arnold Broadcasting for $750,000. Included in the deal were 1kw Classic Hits KSTC-AM (1230) and 100kw KNNG-FM (97.3), licensed to Sterling, CO, along with 23kw Adult Hits KNEC-FM (100.9), licensed to Yuma, CO. Also included was a translator licensed to Sidney, NE. Jody McCoy of the Colorado Springs office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
