Launched in August 2022 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/235712/more-santa-rosa-changes-as-k-hits-becomes-oldies-107-9/) as a flanker to sister Classic Hits “The Wolf 102.7 (https://kwvf.com)” KWVF Guerneville, the 60/70s based station has been running promos this week noting that its signal was being reallocated by the FCC.
K300AO is being displaced by the sign-on of Brian Henry’s new 107.9 KBVE Boonville/Ukiah. The translator has a Construction Permit to relocate to 93.3, but this announcement seems to dismiss any thought of the Oldies brand relocating.
