Donald Brown’s KXEG AM LLC purchases 1280 KXEG/96.1 K241CS Phoenix AZ from Gabrielle Broadcasting’s bankruptcy receiver Stephan Sloan for $180,000. Brown also owns Silver State Broadcasting and its Spanish AC “Xtasis Radio (https://www.radioxtasis.com)” 1400 KNNR Sparks/103.3 K277DL Washoe Valley NV, which began simulcasting on KXEG/K241CS in September 2023 via LMA. KNNR is also heard on Northway Broadcasting’s 94.1 KDJJ Fernley and Sky Media’s 101.1 KPKK Amargosa Valley NV.
Lester and Bonita Bundrage’s Labranja Radio LLC will acquire Adult Standards 100.7 WLRR Milledgeville GA from Debra Baker’s Starstation Radio LLC for $140,000.
Divine Mercy Radio acquires Silent 1240 WPJL Raleigh NC from William Suttles’ WPJL Inc. for $30,000. WPJL had gone silent at the end of July 2023 following the sale of its tower site. Divine Mercy owns Catholic 540 WETC (https://www.catholic540.org) Wendell-Zebulon/Raleigh.
April Rodriguez’s Heart Mountain Broadcasting acquires Northeast Digital & Wireless’ White Park Broadcasting’s three stations in Cody WY. Heart Mountain will acquire 101.1 KROW Cody, 103.3 KBEN-FM Crowley, and 107.1 KWHO Lovell for $250,000. Rodriguez also owns 33% of MGR Media and its 1260 KPOW Powell.
Salt & Light Radio will swap its CP for 91.9 KCTG Grangeville ID to LifeTalk Radio for 89.7 K209FH Grangeville (with a CP to move to 89.1 Salmon ID) and $10,000.
