The new format is positioning as “Morgan County’s Greatest Hits” emphasizing its local origination with Manning Media’s Hagerstown and Frederick MD targeted “106.9 The Eagle (https://www.1069theeagle.com)” WWEG Myersville MD also heard in parts of the area.
