The newsletter quotes the launch to iHeartMedia Chief Programming Officer Tom Poleman saying “iHeart is beginning to lean into the success of certain podcasts to build radio networks.” It is unconfirmed whether this means a streaming channel dedicated to True Crime podcasts or actual AM/FM stations.
