WDGY, which is also heard on 92.1 W221BS St. Paul MN, 103.7 W279DD Hudson, and Hubbard’s 107.1 KTMY-HD2 Coon Rapids/Minneapolis, covers the eastern half of the Twin Cities market. At WDGY, Olsen will join fellow KQQL alum Sue Falls on the station’s lineup.
Prior to joining KQQL in 2010, Olsen has also had stints in the Twin Cities at Country “Bob 100” WBOB-FM and Classic Hits 100.3 WLOL as well as an anchor/reporter for KARE-TV. He has also worked for 104.7 KCLD St. Cloud and at television stations in Alexandria and Rochester MN as well as holding marketing and writing positions at The Salvation Army, Mayo Clinic, and UnitedHealthcare.
