Murti has served as the station’s New York Yankees beat reporter since 2001 after previously working as a producer and update anchor for the station from 1993 to 2001. Murti began his career (https://www.abc27.com/sports/the-sports-extra-podcast/middletowns-sweeny-murti-achieves-childhood-baseball-dream/) at WHP Harrisburg PA while in college and also spent time at WIP Philadelphia in the mid-1990s concurrent with his time at WFAN.
Murti also serves as a contributor to both SportsNet New York and MLB Network.
