KTHN has returned to its heritage “Thunder Country 92.1 (https://www.lajuntaradio.com/big-country-92-1)” identity. The station continues to focus on music from the 1980s through early 2000s plus some Texas/Red Dirt Country. KTHN flipped from current based Country to Classic Country following its sale (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/126817/25-7-media-acquires-four-colorado-stations/) to now former owner 25/7 Media in 2018.
KBLJ has also returned to the format it held prior to that sale returning to a broad Classic Hits format with a new moniker of “Lightning 1400 (https://www.lajuntaradio.com/kblj)“.
