Newman joined WRBT in 2001 and co-hosted mornings with Nancy Ryan until her layoff in December 2020 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/202592/nancy-newman-morning-show-come-to-an-end-at-bob-94-9/). He would then rise to APD/MD and then added the Program Director duties in October 2017 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/120268/iheartmedia-restructures-programming-pennsylvania-delmarva-markets/). Before Harrisburg he worked at WKRZ Scranton, WZPT Pittsburgh and KRUZ Santa Barbara CA.
