Phillips, who played football at the University of Oklahoma, will be reunited with his former coach Barry Switzer in his new position as the company was founded by Switzer and Mike Henry to place advertiser funded video scoreboards at youth sports complexes.
Prior to joining iHeartMedia in 2012, Phillips served as General Manager for Renda Broadcasting Tulsa from 2007 to 2012, General Sales Manager for KLUV Dallas and the Dallas Cowboys Radio Network, and National Sales Manager for Entercom Kansas City.
