Mitchell, the SVP/Programming for iHeartMedia Bismarck, has been with the cluster since 1997 with a long stint at “Y93” KYYY along with his tenure at KFYR.
Parker had spent 28 years at KFYR over two stints, split by a five year run in mornings at WIKY Evansville IN from 1999 to 2004. He departed KFYR at the end of May to move closer to his wife’s family in Ohio.
