$2,006 for engineering services
$4,130 for legal services tied to the channel change
$10,685 for legal services tied to the reimbursement negotiations
$1,110 for FCC filing fees
Establishing the cost of $60 per box of business cards, $195 per box of window envelopes, and $85 per box of plain envelopes with new frequency
Reimbursement for the costs of three months of inserts in the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce newsletter

The FCC sought further information regarding other expenses to determine what Entravision will be liable in terms of equipment purchases, further marketing materials, and promotional items connected to the frequency change.
The FCC will transition call sign requests to the LMS database on June 22. That will include initial callsign requests, change requests, exchanges, and contingent change requests filed with pending transfer applications.
The FCC instructs, “Users filing Initial Callsign Requests must start by clicking on the Facilities page, selecting the facility ID of a Granted Construction permit that has not yet requested a callsign, and by clicking on the “File an Application” button, followed by mousing over “Call Sign Request” and then clicking “Permittee Initial Request.” Users filing Callsign Change Requests and Callsign Exchanges must start by clicking on the Facilities page, selecting the facility ID of the desired facility, and by clicking on the “File an Application” button, followed by mousing over “Call Sign Request” and then clicking “Change Request” or “Exchange Request.” Users filing change requests that are contingent with pending Assignment or Transfer applications must start by clicking on the Facilities page, selecting the facility ID of the desired facility, and by clicking on the “File an Application” button, followed by mousing over “Transfer/Assignment Request” and then clicking “Transfer/Assignment Request”.
Radio Hawaii’s Talk 1080 KWAI (http://kwai1080am.weebly.com) Honolulu has entered a Consent Decree and a limited one year license renewal as opposed to the regular eight due to being silent for 890 days during the previous license period. KWAI also failed to maintain its online public file.
Rocking M Media’s “La Mexicana” 101.5 KSMM-FM Liberal KS has entered into a Consent Decree with the FCC for failing to maintain its online public file.
DeletionsEducational Media Foundation has turned in the license for 88.7 WKYJ Rouses Point NY. The 420w Class A signal became redundant following the purchase (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/210151/emf-makes-cross-border-play-at-montreal/) of 94.7 WQLR Malone last year.
