More DirecTV news. Starting tomorrow they will be carrying the new Disney Jr. Network. on Ch. 289.

Click Like because Disney Junior, the channel is coming to DIRECTV tomorrow morning on Ch. 289!
We just reached a new agreement to add Disney Junior, the channel a 24-hour channel expressly for kids age 2-7 and their parents/caregivers. It will be the new entertainment destination for our "Preschool Plus" audience and their parents to experience Disney Junior 24-hours a day. We know that it's been one of the most sought after channels by DIRECTV customers and will be permanently added to your programming options as a basic channel. "When it comes to children and families, nobody has the tremendous programming to compare with Disney," said Derek Chang, executive vice president of Content Strategy and Development for DIRECTV."DIRECTV is happy to place our trust in Disney as a partner in building this exciting new family service."
Disney Junior's original series include "Jake and the Never Land Pirates," "Doc McStuffins," "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse," "Handy Manny," "Octonauts," "Little Einsteins" and "Special Agent Oso." Disney Junior, the channel also airs The Magical World of Disney Junior features Walt Disney Studios' and Pixar's classic and contemporary animated films.
