CRAIG SABEL has applied for a Silent STA for FM translator K224CS/GRAND JUNCTION, CO because, according to the application, "(t)he licensee has experienced certain difficulties relating to his use and occupancy of the transmitter site specified in his authorization. Unfortunately, the licensee is has been suffering from severe health problems over the past seven weeks, and has thus far been unable to rectify the issues with the site owner."
