The CW will add five new dramas including a “Vampire” spinoff, “The Originals,” and a drama about Mary, Queen of Scots (the “Gossip Girl” teen years, of course) called “Reign” for the 2013-14 season.
The network will move “The Carrie Diaries,” “Beauty and the Beast” and “Supernatural” to new timeslots. The new slate announced Thursday also adds “The Tomorrow People” on Wednesdays with Robbie Amell, brother of “Arrow’s” Stephen Amell.
