COOL RADIO, LLC is selling Alternative KZYR (97.7 THE ZEPHYR)/AVON-VAIL, CO, Triple A KKVM (104.7 THE MILE)/VAIL, CO, and booster KKVM-FM3/DILLON, CO to ROCKY MOUNTAIN RADIO GROUP LLC for $1 million ($50,000 in escrow, $750,000 cash at closing, $200,000 in a 5% 10-year promissory note).
