    From Radio Insight: Blizzard Broadcasting is swapping frequencies at three of its five stations in Steamboat Springs CO on Monday, June 18. The moves will see Sports “Sports on FM” 98.9 KTYV Steamboat Springs move from its current Class A signal to the comparable Class A signal on 105.7. News/Talk 105.7 KKSB will shift to 1230 AM and 100.5 K263AC Canyon Valley. The final move will see Classic Rock “100.5 The River” 1230 KCOQ move to 98.9 (which also holds a CP to upgrade from Class A to a C2). All of the call letters have already been moved to the new homes of the three formats. Nat affected by the changes are Soft AC “Easy 94.1” KEZZ Phippsburg and Country “Big Country 96.9” KBCR-FM Steamboat Springs. Good Karma Broadcasting’s application for 92.7 Madison WI (to rebroadcast 1580 WTTN Columbus WI) was dismissed as its 48dBu contour would overlap with the 54dBu of 92.5 WMBZ West Allis. Mount Wilson FM has requested dismissal of its translator application for 104.7 Monterey CA (to rebroadcast 630 KIDD Monterey) as part of a settlement agreement with El Sembrador Ministries which will pave the way for their application for 104.7 Monterey rebroadcasting 540 KRXA Carmel Valley. Sun Signals 2014 application to move 103.1 W276BV Greenwich CT to New Rochelle NY was dismissed due to contour overlap it would’ve had with Bridgelight LLC’s 103.1 W276AQ Fort Lee NJ. FM Changes Georgia-Carolina Radiocasting’s Silent 96.7 WVGC Tignall GA amends its CP to move to Westminster SC to operate with 3kW/289m as opposed to 18.5kW/106m. Two Way Communications applies to increase their CP for 104.1 KCKB Moran TX from a Class A to C3 with 25kW/94m. New Star Broadcasting’s CP for 93.3 KVRQ Muleshoe TX amends its CP to downgrade from a Class C1 to Class A with 1.3kW/39m.
